HI EVERYBODY!!!
It’s been a while since I’ve been on here… it’s been HECTIC… but being busy is better than having NOTHING TO DO! Although, I’m tired and kinda WANNA go to sleep, I’ve been glued to my computer these past few nights trying to sift through all the videos I have of MighTy J, Simple Souls, Kanalo, myself… all these kooky little moments that we can’t just let go to waste… why not embarass ourselves in front of the universe!! lol.
Of course the main reason why I decided to MAKE time to do this was because all my drives on the computer were running out of memory…. my computer was working slow… I pretty much had no choice. You should see how much work I have left!! AUGH! It’s all worth it though. It’s great to look back at those special moments and remember exactly what we were thinking at the time or what we did that WASN’T captured on video. We’ve got many a kodak moment from our crazy trip to Cali, but that’ll take a while.
If you all haven’t noticed, MighTy J TV has been moved to YOUTUBE.com. It was a beast to continue posting from our website because of the editing that had to be done, and because we weren’t doing it, we didn’t want the burden of posting regularly to fall on anyone’s shoulders… so…. it is what it is. BUT, the great news is that we’ll eventually (hopefully VERY soon) put up a video blog page off our site that’ll show the vid posts in order of the event that took place. You’ll get what I mean when I actually get to do it. Right now, I just post them as I edit them… so the events I post are all mixed up. Some vids are fairly new and others are OLD SCHOOL! lol.

As I was finding some random vids of popular bands doing covers of other popular music artists, I came across a video that sampled what you’d find on their site. It was on how to play one of Beyonce’s songs. The site is called:
THe site has a screen that splits into various instruments. You pick any of the artists they have listed in their directory, then you can select any of the songs they have listed. They show you a sample of how they play the cover song. So you end up seeing what the drummer, bass player, and two guitar players are doing. You actually have to pay to play (it’s only about 99 cents to play, so it’s not BAD), but it’s neat when you can learn exactly what the players are playing. I play drums and percussions, so for ME, learning the chords to a song is challenging. That’s probably why I think it’s so cool. Seeing the visual makes to want to learn more.
AAAAANy way, it’s been fun… I’ll keep you posted…
