<description>Mai, Mai, Mai....There are so many things that come to mind while reading this intriguing blog. First of all, I must agree with you that sound is extremely important with concerts. I went to the Incubus concert here in Maui and the sound was amazing. All of the musicians were at a level that you could hear every instrument playing in the song. And Brandon Boyd's voice was incredible. He was hitting every note and as perfect to their recordings. It was a great concert and the sound definitely had a big part of it.

Secondly, I understand what you mean when talking about your music. Not everyone will relate or understand the music, but essentially the only thing that matters is that the music means something to you. Personally, I'm never satisfied with anything I try to write because I am my own harshest critic. I always think that I can make it better, yet it will never be good enough. I must admit that for as long as I've known you, I have always admired your passion. I can tell that it is what drives you, and also what motivates you. Whether it's the passion for your music or the passion for our culture. it's always been a virtue that I truly wish I had within myself. Please don't ever lose that passion!

Finally, Housey Mousey? Waterhouse? I find it amusing how my nickname keeps evolving, and that's cool. I've never been one who is against change, so I try to keep an open-mind to whatever life decides to throw my way. Change is inevitable, and dealing with change isn't always easy. Everyone deals with change in their own way, and it isn't fair to offer advice or to judge someone by how they deal with change. Advice should be offered only when requested, because what good is advice if no one wants to hear it.

Well, I think that should sum up what's on my mind. I apologize for my comment being so lengthy, but believe me that I made sure to keep it as simple as possible. Until next time.....

I'm so stoked that you have this new found strength, and look forward to hearing these new compositions of yours lady!
